Can I view before applying?
Definitely. We’ll schedule a time that works for you - and we won’t hover awkwardly while you walk around.
Who do I contact if something breaks?
Us. No distant landlords or invisible agents. You log it, we fix it - because we actually manage the buildings we own.
What kind of furniture is included?
Each unit includes a double bed, couch, fridge, washing machine, dining table and chairs, and a desk (where space allows). It’s all modern, clean, and properly fitted to the space.
Who rents from you?
In short: anyone who wants a great place to live and pays on time. If you’re respectful and reasonable, we don’t mind whether you’re a student, a young professional, a married couple, a parent with kids, or even a retiree. We don’t discriminate, if you’re here to treat the space (and your neighbours) well, you’re welcome
Are the apartments shared or private?
Private. You rent the whole unit. If you want to share it, that’s up to you - just let us know who’s moving in.
Can I hang pictures or add my own touches?
Yes, We want you to feel at home - just no drilling into tiles or painting the place lime green without checking first.
Is there security?
Yes. Each building has access control and security gates, and some also include electric fencing, cameras, or night guards depending on the area. If security is a top priority, let us know and we’ll recommend the right building.
Is there a cleaning service?
Not built in - but we can connect you with a reliable cleaner we trust, or help you set up a regular schedule through one of our partners.
What happens at the end of my lease?
You’ll get first option to renew. If you’re moving on, we’ll arrange a proper exit inspection, settle your deposit, and wish you well. No drawn-out admin or disappearing acts.
What’s the noise level like?
We’re reasonable people - and we know life happens. You might have friends over, someone might drop a pot, the dog might bark. It’s normal. But if it becomes a pattern - loud music, repeated disturbances, that kind of thing - it’ll get addressed. Everyone deserves to feel at home, not in a nightclub.
