Why We Started This
We’ve lived in Cape Town apartments. We know the bad layouts, leaky taps, and landlords who vanish when you need them. So, we built something better: apartments we’d actually want to live in. We rent and manage them ourselves, treating our tenants the way we’d want to be treated.
How We Work
We buy overlooked buildings or apartments in great locations, then design, build, and rent them ourselves. Because we hold our apartments long-term, we truly care how they age, how they’re managed, and how they feel to live in. You’ll deal with the right person from our team from day one. No third parties. Just one team doing the job properly.
